I also carry out Rating Appeals for clients and have been very successful on their behalf and in extreme cases reduced Rateable Values by over 50%.

I am the only practice of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants based with in Letchworth Garden City town centre and from my offices in the Town Centre cover not only Letchworth and Hitchin but also the areas of Stevenage, Baldock, Biggleswade, Bedford and their surrounding areas. My primary areas are located within Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
